Progress Not Perfection is what I stand by and preach as my training philosophy: I strongly believe that the mind controls the body and it is my goal to help my clients discover the potential of their mind/willpower. I understand that every client is different and pride myself on adapting workouts to each of their fitness levels. It is my approach of pushing my clients, not only physically but mentally as well, which produces the results my clients are striving to reach. If you are tired of the same day to day workouts and are looking to be pushed outside of the box, I am definitely the trainer for you.

What is class like?

Welp…My classes cater to the beginner all the way up to fitness beast. I bring a challenge to all fitness levels meeting you where you are but also pushing you to be greater. The classes are a combination of weighted and body weight exercises to build strength while achieving cardiovascular endurance. The classes target all muscle groups giving you a full body workout. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. They are designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth, and excess fat loss. Everyone in class are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling accomplished.

Class times are open structure, so feel free to arrive as early as you can and stay as late as we offer.

  • Monday @ 7:15pm - 8:30pm

  • Wednesday 7:15pm - 8:30pm

  • Tuesday @ 6:30pm - 8:30pm

  • Friday @ 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Water, Yoga mat, and gloves are heavily suggested.
